About The Mutt Hut
The Mutt Hut has been Paulina's dream since she arrived with her family in New Zealand in 2016. After
5 years living in Orewa, north of Auckland Paulina and her family moved to Nelson for a change of lifestyle.
Having successfully owned and operated two dog grooming businesses in Europe as a Master Groomer, Paulina wanted to offer Kiwi dog owners a reliable, friendly dog grooming service that attends to the unique needs of each and every dog. She is also committed to ensuring all dogs in her care are feel reassured, relaxed and comfortable at The Mutt Hut. Grooming needn't be a stressful experience for any dog, or his or her owner.
Opened in October 2017, The Mutt Hut loves to help dogs keep healthy, with clean coats that smell and look good! In December 2021 we closed our Hibiscus Coast premises in Orewa as our family decided to move to Nelson. We opened our new premises in Washington Valley in mid 2022 - and are pleased to be of service to the local Nelson & Tasman community of pooches and their owners.

Paulina has always had a love for animals. Her 'old lady' Bichon Frise 'Bianca' is a mainstay at The Mutt Hut and an integral part of her young family.
She is a Master Groomer, having achieved numerous high level qualifications including Poland's Master Groomer Diploma along with various dog grooming skill diplomas in Europe. For more information on Paulina's skills and qualifications click here.
Having adopted New Zealand as their new home, Paulina and her husband and two daughters are excited to bring The Mutt Hut to dogs and their owners in and around Nelson and the Tasman district.
